VSRD
The Tripartite Authorities have recommended the adoption of the Voluntary Supplier Risk Declaration (VSRD), so every recovery provider should be supplying clients and potential clients with details of the services they contract to.
You need to make sure that whatever recovery provider you choose to partner with, can furnish you with all the details about the services you are contracting for. This includes:
- an understanding of how many other people are subscribed to the same service
- the proximity to you, of other clients contracted to the same service
- what exclusion zones the provider operates at the site you have contracted to.
ICM worked with the Tripartite Authorities to develop the VSRD which is a means for business continuity suppliers to provide clients and prospective clients with detailed information such as how many times over each seat or service has been sold, the proximity of other subscribed clients and the supplier's invocation history.
