Syndication Ratios
It is important to understand exactly how many people you are sharing the service with. The BCI suggests that ratios between 25:1 and 40:1 are generally available, so each seat in a recovery centre could potentially be sold up to a maximum of 40 times.
However, the Financial Services Authority review following the events of 9/11 found that some firms had bought access to services which had already been sold between five and 60 times, so it seems there is a fairly broad range in practice.
What our customers have to say
The move to Old Street went like clockwork and employees knew exactly what to do. The support we received from ICM was second to none, and the interruption to our day to day business was negligible.

ICM Subscription Rates
ICM has been using a standard ratio of 25:1 for several years. This figure has arisen from a combination of actual invocation experience, financial modelling, some science, the published professional standards and our intention to have the capacity for regular client testing of all assets up to twice a year. Thus 25:1 for around 50 working weeks in a year (excluding Christmas holidays).
