If a mail server should fail, ICM’s solution ensures there’s no breakdown between employees and customers, suppliers and colleagues.  Instead, staff will be able to send and receive email by simply switching to our Continuous Mail service, accessing emails from any Internet connection.

Employees can access a rolling history of their external emails and an additional archiving module provides long term retention and sophisticated search and audit capabilities for internal and external email.

What’s covered?

ICM’s Continuous Mail service protects against email outage in any eventuality, with a web interface for instant access to on-going email communication and a rolling 28 day history of external emails.  It means that if a mail server should fail, employees will still be able to send and receive email and respond to emails recently received, by simply switching to the Continuous Mail service.  All that is required is an Internet connection. 

All emails are encrypted and mirrored between two geographically dispersed data centres meaning protection and resilience is assured for your email systems. Continuous Mail is simple and inexpensive to implement with access through a web portal.
