The Emergency Transport Management service is fully managed by ICM and delivers a reliable transport solution for your critical staff, relocating them to an ICM Business Continuity Centre(s) in the event of an emergency.
ICM and Business Continuity Transport (BCT), the UK's only dedicated provider of transport for Business Continuity, have teamed up to provide a more complete Business Continuity solution.
In the case of an incident where staff need to be relocated to a Business Continuity Centre it saves time, cost and any hassle involved in arranging taxis or coaches separately.

What’s covered?
Your personnel are collected as instructed and delivered safely to their designated Business Continuity Centre ready for work.
All the normal invoking procedures apply; customers notify ICM of the invocation or test, and the transport element of the solution automatically runs alongside the process of readying the Business Continuity Centre for customer occupancy.
