All mobiles are available for annual rehearsals both at ICM and customer locations and cover IBM & Intel. In addition to the pre-configured systems, each mobile includes air-conditioning, high speed LAN & WAN support and operator areas.

  • Our diverse mobile fleet means the appropriate kit will be with you promptly regardless of the make-up of your IT infrastructure
  • Multiplatform options mean some trailers are pre-configured, reducing valuable preparation time to get your IT back up and running as quickly as possible
  • For larger incidents ICM can link different platform trailers together on site
  • To get you back up and running as quickly as possible, we despatch within 4 hours from a central UK location with excellent motorway links
  • The majority of ICM’s mobile trailers have their own power source in the form of onboard diesel generators and UPS
  • Qualified Business Continuity specialists in recovery and communications accompany the backup equipment and remain on-site until the applications are successfully running
  • 24 x 7 maintenance and technical support is available on backup equipment at all times
  • 14 weeks use of the backup equipment upon invocation, with no additional charges levied in this period
  • Technical Recovery Planning is available so that you are well placed to respond with a tried and tested recovery plan, should the need arise
  • To help you effectively manage risk, ICM has comprehensive risk management practices including effective exclusion zones and low syndicated ratios for its subscription services
