ICM’s Workarea Recovery services are available from our network of 18 Business Continuity Centres and in a smaller capacity, through our larger Mobile IT Recovery units. 

All of our Business Continuity Centres are strategically located within an hour of a major commercial hub and a flexible emergency transport solution can be incorporated into the service to transport staff to and from the centre. 

Each centre is divided into suites of various sizes, all fully equipped with comprehensive office and call centre facilities with the most up to date technology and multi telecom capabilities to satisfy modern business requirements.

  • 14 weeks use of ICM’s Business Continuity Centre upon invocation, with no additional charges levied during this period
  • Workarea Recovery positions include desk, chair, telephone, Internet, data communications and networked PC
  • 24 x 7 maintenance and technical support accessible for contracted equipment at all times, ensuring a smooth transition and resumption of systems
  • Identical facilities at every centre to make certain every customer has the same consistent service when testing or should they need to invoke at any location in the event of a disaster
  • Every business continuity suite has a separate entrance and security access providing confidentiality and safety to each customer and their employees
  • All centres are equipped with the most up to date technology and multi telecom capabilities to meet all modern business requirements
