What do we offer?

An extension to Managed Hosting and Co-location services, we deliver application-aware disk-based backup services to a protected central storage facility, with daily replication to a resource pool based in a separate geographic location. The retention times for backups are 28 days, one year and seven years. This service is designed for customers already 'within' ICM data centres.

It eliminates the problems associated with unreliable tape backups and ensures data is backed up on time, every day. It also removes the cost and risk of storing tapes at a storage facility and improves restoration time of data.

What's covered?

Priced on a per gigabyte basis, service costs cover all storage, network and software required to ensure you get the latest updates and modules required. Management and reporting of the backup is also included.

Our backup suite is located and operated from the same secure, environmentally controlled and energy efficient data centre as hosted systems. This additional service will increase your flexibility and reduce the capital and operational costs of backup provision and management.
