What's covered?
IMACD services from ICM are co-ordinated and can be delivered via a single point of contact, with activities combined and customised to meet your specific business and IT requirements.
Services available include:
- New Configuration (Installs) – The provisioning of new hardware, pre-configured with the base installation of the operating system and core office products. The service includes unpacking, commissioning and testing of the new equipment and handover to the user. Some basic deskside training may also be given (i.e. login, core programme locations, etc.).
- Relocation (Moves) – During normal BAU activities, office moves within buildings and relocation to new premises are often a requirement. The IMACD service provides resource to undertake this activity and can be supported by additional scheduling services through Project Office services.
- Additional Services (Adds) – Where a customer has disparate office locations or a requirement for a global change to the core client environment (such as a new client application) but does not have automated toolkits or network capacity to provision these remotely, IMACD services are able to provision cost effective skilled resources to manually deploy the requirement.
- Reconfiguration (Changes) - Where customer has disparate office locations or a requirement for a global change to the core client environment (such as a version upgrade) but does not have automated toolkits or network capacity to provision these remotely, IMACD services are able to provision cost effective skilled resources to manually deploy the requirement.
- Removal (Disposal) – Whether part of a refresh cycle, or as part of BAU activity, IMACD services can be used to recover assets as staff leave a company.
All services are aligned to the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL™) framework for industry best practice.
