What's covered?

Our Desktop portfolio of services can be delivered either as an asset or full lifecycle service.

The Asset Service includes delivery and commissioning an agreed, pre-configured client platform (i.e. desktop, laptop) to the user and managing that asset through its life-cycle.

The Desktop Lifecycle model extends the Asset Service to include Service Desk, enhanced warranty services to guaranteed fix, desk-side support and full asset management. Flexibility exists within the service model to contract only those services which an organisation requires.

Flexible financial models provision either an Asset Purchase or Contract Plan approach. Asset Purchase provides a guaranteed cost for a given estate and range of services over a pre-agreed period. Any additions to the service in second and subsequent years are calculated to terminate in line with the master agreement A Contract Plan provisions a guaranteed cost per user over the lifecycle based upon given minimum volume and can be increased over the contract lifecycle.
