What's covered?

We translate core principles of the Gartner, Inc. and Microsoft maturity model frameworks into a practical hands-on approach to IT lifecycle management.

First, we establish a TCO assessment framework to identify the optimum route for managing your IT assets throughout their lifecycle. This can cover a mix of supply, implementation, support and management services through to a fully integrated lifecycle delivery model, with ICM taking complete ownership of all assets required through their entire lifecycle.
