ICM’s Network Monitoring & Management services are designed to prevent fault incidents occurring though proactive management. A menu base service enables you to select and if required customise, the service to meet your own requirements.

- Proactive 24/7 availability and capacity monitoring of network interconnectivity
- Delivery using our unique, enterprise class monitoring system resulting in greater information over off the shelf SNMP toolkits
- An automated backup of the configuration of a device being monitored, thus in the event of failure or a change which results in a configuration failure, the last known ‘good’ configuration can be rapidly recovered to the device
- A management wrap to a network providers “wires only” service
- Reduced time to resolution of complex issues
- Access through our secure portal to gain access to the monitoring system 24/7 to view any incidents raised, availability statistics of the devices / connections being monitored and utilisation reports
