ICM delivers a whole range of essential ancillary functions designed to enhance the capabilities of the products you source from us.
Since our Configuration Centre handles more than 5,000 individual jobs per month, we can pass on to you all the advantages of aggregate knowledge and economies of scale. You gain the added value of an important supplementary technical service, while enjoying the benefits of a more stringent and controlled application of customer-specific builds.
We also offer an online build queuing system. Accessed through our Customer Suite function, this enables you to track your configuration processes and accurately judge how quickly you will receive your equipment.
How do you benefit?
ICM can consistently implement high-end technical or large-volume configuration and deployment services within an SLA more efficiently and for a lower cost than if you implement them in-house.
