What our customers have to say
For me they are a model supplier, If I could get all of my suppliers working with me the way that we work with ICM then I’d be very happy.

What's covered?
Our service is safe, secure, environmentally sound and highly professional. Using our online information-gathering facility we can dispose of your unwanted, obsolete and faulty IT equipment from start to finish, including all paperwork necessary for your audit trail and duty of care in the disposal of waste computer equipment.
We process all unwanted IT equipment through our servicing centre. Here every computer is completely wiped clean of data under conditions of absolute security. Given the number of recent, high-profile instances of sensitive data left on hard disk drives and subsequently accessed by unauthorised individuals, such data cleaning is clearly of crucial importance. Computers that pass our trialling procedures will then be certified suitable for use and found new homes.
