ICM's Change & Risk Management service covers every aspect of your IT infrastructure including hardware, software, communications and the documentation and procedures associated with the management of live systems. We incorporate all process steps within the BSI's Code of Practice for IT Service Management:

  • Assessing the impact, cost, benefits and risks of changes
  • Developing the business justification and obtaining approval

  • Monitoring and reporting on the implementation
  • Closing and reviewing the change requests
