ICM was formed from the merger of Servo Computer Services and ICM Business Continuity Services and is part of the Phoenix IT Group plc. A UK-based services business, we have more than 30 years’ experience and work alongside 3,600 customer organisations.

ICM employs 700 people throughout the UK and has an annual turnover of £153.7m. Operating five major Hosting Centre sites, three Network Operations Centres and 18 Business Continuity Centres, we call on an additional 1000+ technical staff from our sister company Phoenix IT Services. Our industry partnerships and accreditations include BT Authorised Partner, Cisco Gold Partner, HP Gold Partner, Microsoft Gold Partner, NetApp Platinum Partner, plus Premier Partner and Premier Hosting Partner for VMWare.
