ICM – part of the Phoenix IT Group plc

ICM was formed in April 2011 through the merger of Servo and ICM Business Continuity Services, both Phoenix IT Group plc companies. The business has a 30 year+ IT heritage, Servo was originally established in 1979 and ICM in 1986. These two businesses evolved in their own right and then under the ownership of Phoenix, acquiring businesses along with expertise in IT solutions, voice and support, networking and disaster recovery.  As a result ICM is now a single source for all IT solutions, support and continuity.
